Finned radiators can be divided into winding fin type; string fin type; welding fin type; rolled fin type in terms of fin structure. At present, the most commonly used steel-aluminum composite finned tube, which uses the pressure resistance of steel pipe and the high-efficiency thermal conductivity of aluminum, is compounded on a dedicated machine tool. Its thermal contact resistance is almost zero at 210°C. The steel-aluminum composite tube has the irreplaceable advantages of other types of finned tube radiators.

How to choose a good finned radiator?
1. Thermal performance requirements The higher the heat transfer coefficient K value of the finned radiator, the better the heat dissipation performance. To improve the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator and increase the heat transfer coefficient of the fin-type radiator, increase the heat dissipation area of ??the outer wall, increase the air movement speed around the fin-type radiator, and increase the radiation intensity of the radiator.
2. In terms of economy, the less metal consumption required for the unit heat transferred to the room by the finned radiator, the lower the cost, and the better its economy. The metal thermal strength of the finned radiator is a sign of weighing the economics of the radiator. Metal thermal strength refers to when the difference between the average temperature of the heat medium in the radiator and the indoor air temperature is 1°C. The amount of heat per kilogram of mass that the radiator emits per unit time. This index can be used as an index to weigh the economics of the same material radiator. For finned radiators of different materials, the economic evaluation criteria should be weighed by the cost per unit heat dissipation of the radiator (yuan/w).
3. Installation, application and process requirements. Finned radiators should have certain mechanical strength and pressure-bearing ability; the structure should be easy to combine into the required heat dissipation area, the structure size should be small, occupy less room area and space, and finned heat dissipation The production technology of the device should meet the requirements of mass production.
4. Hygiene and aesthetic requirements, smooth appearance, no dust accumulation and easy cleaning, the installation of fin-type radiators should not affect the look and feel of the room.
5. For the requirements of service life, the finned radiator should not be easily corroded and damaged, and the service life should be long.
